I picked up an Obermeyer ski jacket it feels like the kind of gear that’s made to last. The zippers run smoothly, the material has a nice weight to it, and it kept me warm even when the wind was doing its thing.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the fit ran a little roomier than I thought it would, and it’s definitely not what I’d call a bargain. Still, once you wear it, you kind of understand where the money went.

It kept me warm enough most of the time, but I still felt the cold coming through on really windy days. A friend had recommended it to me, so I was expecting a bit more insulation, but overall it’s okay for milder weather

The color looked way different in person than it did in the photos. It’s a lot duller, and it was kind of annoying after taking the time to order it and get everything unpacked. Just not what I thought I was getting.

The filters kept resetting on me, which got annoying fast. Checkout on my phone also felt clunky, not sure how to explain it, but it just wasn’t very smooth to get through

I really like how soft this feels, and it’s comfortable enough that I’d still feel good recommending it. The shell is a bit thinner and more lightweight than I expected, but overall it has a nice feel and seems like a solid choice

I ordered from obermeyer.com and the items were totally fine once they finally showed up, but the shipping really dragged. The tracking barely updated, so it kind of felt like nobody was paying much attention after the order went out. It arrived later than expected, which was frustrating since I needed it sooner. Not a terrible experience overall, just annoying.

I’m not totally sure if I missed something in the listing, but the details didn’t really match what showed up. It wasn’t exactly what I thought I was ordering.

I ordered a pair of snow pants, and the packaging was not great. The box was way too big for what was inside, with barely any padding, so the pants were just sliding around the whole time. The tape was also half loose when it arrived, which didn’t exactly make me feel confident.
The pants themselves were fine, thankfully, but for the price I expected them to be packed with a little more care. I ended up having to check everything over way more than I should’ve, which was just extra work I didn’t ask for. It felt rushed, like someone just threw them in the box and called it done. Not a disaster, but definitely disappointing.

I ordered this jacket using the size chart, but it ended up fitting huge on me. I’m not sure if I just got an odd one or if the sizing runs large in general, but the chart really didn’t help. Curious if others had the same experience

I ordered a ski jacket from Obermeyer i’m happy with it. The fit is right, it feels really well made, and it’s warm enough for actual cold weather. My only regret is not waiting for a discount, because the prices definitely aren’t cheap. That said, the quality makes it feel mostly worth it. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no issues. I’d probably buy from them again, just next time I’d try to catch a sale first

I bought an obermeyer jacket mostly because I just really liked the style. The colors look great in person, and the design feels modern without being too flashy. Had the zipper on my jacket start acting up, which was frustrating because of course it happens right when I actually need the jacket. I reached out to warranty support and, not gonna lie, waiting a few days to hear back was a little annoying. Like, just tell me someone saw the message, you know? But once they got back to me, they were actually really nice about it and handled everything fairly. In the end, they got it sorted, so I can’t really complain too much. Happy with how it turned out overall.

I really wanted this jacket to be the one, because it looks great and felt warm when I first put it on. But of course, after one wet ski day, I was dealing with the same issue again, the sleeves and shoulders started soaking through. It handled snow okay, but once rain and slush got involved, it just didn’t hold up. For the price, I expected better weather resistance.
